  • Open the Taxist app.

  • Enter your destination and confirm your pickup location.

  • Select your preferred vehicle type (Eco, Comfort, or Family).

  • Confirm your booking, and a driver will be on their way.

Taxist offers three categories of vehicles:

  • Eco: Affordable and efficient rides.

  • Comfort: More spacious rides for added comfort.

  • Family: Larger vehicles for groups or families with extra luggage.

Yes, Taxist allows you to schedule rides in advance. Simply select the “Schedule” option during booking, choose your desired date and time, and confirm.

Payments are made through the Taxist app using a secure payment method, such as a credit/debit card. Cash payments may also be available in select areas.

If you leave an item in a Taxist vehicle, contact the driver through the app’s "Ride History" section. If unsuccessful, reach out to Taxist support for assistance.

You can cancel your ride through the app. However, cancellation fees may apply if a driver has already been dispatched to your location.

Fares are based on:

  • Distance and estimated time of travel.

  • Vehicle type chosen.

  • Additional charges, such as tolls or waiting time.

The app provides an upfront fare estimate before you confirm your booking.

Yes, all Taxist drivers undergo a thorough vetting process, including background checks, vehicle inspections, and verification of driving licenses.
